Work Preparator

We as Maverick Valves are searching for a work preparator to join our team.
Our headquarters is based and located in Tilburg the Netherlands and is a fast-track and special Valve Manufacturer specializing in quick delivery time and tough specifications. For our team both in the Netherlands and Italy, we are looking for a work prepator to support and become our colleague.

The job
As a work prepator, you will serve as the vital link between our Engineering, Purchasing, and Production departments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining contact with factories and suppliers. Additionally, you will be responsible for pre-calculation and post-calculation, work preparation, purchasing, and project organization in our ERP system. You will work with technical drawings and utilize 3D modeling software. Proactively optimizing production processes and having knowledge of various machining options will be crucial in this role.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience within the mechanical industry in a similar position, or a Bachelor’s degree with a technical background.
• Knowledge of machining and production processes.
• Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong prioritization skills, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate analysis into operational actions.
• Flexibility and a willingness to go beyond the traditional 9-5 mentality.
