We at Maverick Valves are searching for a sales engineer to join our team.
Our headquarters is based and located in Tilburg the Netherlands and is a fast-track and special Valve Manufacturer specializing in quick delivery time and tough specifications. Due to our fast growth, we are looking for a sales colleague to handle the inquiries from start to end with our client.
For our sales department, we are looking for a sales engineer with preferably a technical background. Are you the one we are looking for?
The job
As a sales engineer you are intrinsically motivated to “provide the solution” and to bring in your sales. You are an ambassador of the organization and you use your sales skills to convince customers to work with you, but you are also a discussion partner at a high-tech level. When you land a project, you are also jointly responsible for further follow-up including quotations, and discussions with the product specialist of the customer as well as our internal engineering team.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced sales engineer preferably within the valve industry. You have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering with a commercial input. You have a strong motivation and you are very communicative. You are not afraid to ‘knock on doors’ and to reach out to prospects. It is a must to have a good proficiency in the English language.
